Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed once the required deposit/retainer has been received. The booking fee secures your selected date and allows STRATEGIXMEDIA to allocate resources, schedule creatives, and prepare for your project. The booking retainer is non-refundable once paid. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, please notify STRATEGIXMEDIA as soon as possible. Due to the preparation and scheduling involved, deposits/retainers cannot be refunded for cancelled bookings. Any remaining balance will not be required if the cancellation occurs before the service date, unless additional costs have already been incurred. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their booking with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the booking date may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new booking deposit if a suitable alternative date cannot be secured. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, required information, and access to the location. Delays caused by the client may affect the scheduled service time and final deliverables. Deliverables Final deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe. Additional edits, revisions, or services outside the agreed package may incur additional fees. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
